To demonstrate support and solidarity to those who work to protect and keep peace for the United Kingdom, Lift This Life is part of the Armed Forces Covenant. This means serving personnel, service leavers, veterans, and their families benefit in using Lift This Life services.
To those who proudly protect our nation, who do so with honour, courage, and commitment, the Armed Forces Covenant is the nation’s commitment to them.
It is a pledge that acknowledges and understands that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives. Dani Grieveson has joined the covenant to support those who serve and their families through her business.
Being asked to lecture the military and having friends who serve in the forces for our nation, to keep peace and protect us, Dani feels it is important to serve them. Therefore she offers her work and business services to personnel and veterans at a military rate. Dani’s purpose is to truly lift lives so an opportunity to do that for those who have worked for her freedom is an honour.
Dani is all too aware of military personnel who struggle with their mental health, from PTSD to loneliness. Whilst, as a trained and certified coach, she is not a mental health professional (she works very closely with a team of mental health professionals and recognise when she needs to signpost her clients), Dani works to lift the lives of military personnel, service leavers and veterans through her development company, Lift This Life.
Following her dynamic career path, Dr Bryan Watters OBE asked Dani Grieveson to guest lecture in leadership styles at Cranfield University for the Defence Leadership MSc.
Dani guest lectures students from the Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Air Force and Civil Service in leadership styles as part of their Defence Leadership MSc.
She focuses part of her work on ‘Women in Man’s World’ as she has worked in the 16% female automotive industry (2018) for most of her career and the UK Forces are only 10% female (2018).
