LEADERSHIP

star-clear

1. EMPLOYEE WELLBEING.

Wellbeing affects the number of sick days employees take, their job performance, burnout and their likelihood to leave your company. Managers have the power to make or break the culture of wellbeing.

“Your manager has more impact on your health than your doctor.”

In partnership with leading economists, psychologists and other scientists, Gallup has studied wellbeing in more than 98% of the world’s population. Using Gallup’s research and credentials, this important 1-day programme with your team covers five elements of wellbeing:

  • Career: You like what you do every day
  • Social: You have meaningful relationships
  • Financial: You manage your money well
  • Community: You belong
  • Physical: You have the energy to get things done

The results for your business:

  • Raised employee engagement
  • Less sick days your employees take
  • Employees feeling valued and engaged
  • Less likely to leave your company
  • Improved job performance
  • Reduced risk of burnout

In these post-lockdown times, your teams’ wellbeing is vital.  Fortunately, Dani Grieveson is a certified advanced yoga practitioner, so as a glorious add-on, your team can experience breath work and simple desk yoga for back, neck and shoulder release (don’t worry, no bending into pretzel shapes).

We are delighted to continue your team development and wellbeing with our 6 pillar team development programme for 12 weeks after this course.

2. LEADERSHIP NEEDS

Gallup’s research shows that 70% of engagement is a result of the leader. This is a true responsibility for you and a bold opportunity for you. This one-day programme focuses on your leadership style and impact plus vitally, what people need from you directly.

We explore pivotal questions including:

  • What do people need from a leader?
  • What does it mean to be a leader?
  • Are you clear on your leadership vision?
  • Why should people follow you?

The people ripe and ready for this course are already at the team leader or managerial level and looking to step up and step into a greater leadership role.

The first half of our day together centres on you as a leader, your strengths and your vision for how to lead. Plus vitally, we look at Gallup’s research of 10,000 followers on what the most influential leaders contribute to their lives.

In the second half of the day, we develop your leadership strengths to increase your impact as a leader.  We share ways to influence, motivate and inspire people you lead. This is a riveting day for ambitious leaders.

The results for your leadership:

  • Understanding of your psychological strengths as a leader
  • Clarity of your leadership vision
  • Employees valued and engaged
  • Your influence expanded
  • Improved leadership performance
  • Motivation to lead and inspire

We are delighted to continue your leadership development with our 6 pillars individual development programme for 12 weeks after this course.

3. CONFIDENT COMMUNICATION

A fascinating topic that we’ve managed to consolidate the paramount points into one day for you.  The number 1 reason relationships (professional and personal) break down is communication.

Dani Grieveson is a strong communicator and speaker including selected to deliver a TEDx talk.  Having started her career at the BBC she knows a thing or two about helping people communicate bravely and boldly.
